CHELSEA GYMNASTICS ACADEMY provides one to one ONLINE / VIRTUAL general gymnastics lessons, geared towards children's personal goals. These gymnastics sessions are for children between the ages of 7 and 11 on a one to one basis via Zoom or other virtual platform.

If you live in London (or visiting), you can also book a personal gymnastics lesson in the comfort of your own home or at The Kensington Studio in Kensington & Chelsea.

Chelsea Gymnastics Academy is based in London, UK, and this is a unique opportunity to book an online / virtual gymnastics lesson for your child from anywhere in the world with coach Stefan (qualified gymnastics coach and 3 x London Gymnastics Champion on the Rings). Yes, you can now book an online gymnastics lesson for your kids from any part of the world. Gymnastics is an important activity for the healthy growth and development of primary school children. In particular, gymnastics develops coordination, strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and balance.

The online gymnastics sessions on Zoom are not the same as the one in person (face to face), so that means we won't be able to go through difficult skills which require assistance and spotting, such as walkovers, handstands and handsprings (unless your child can perform them safely on their own). However, these zoom sessions are ideal for learning basic skills, shapes, as well as improving specific physical fitness, relative strength and flexibility.

You will need just a bit of space to lay a mat, and a good size screen (laptop, Ipad or PC), so that your child can follow our coaching tips and see demonstrations of different exercises. Depending on your child's level in gymnastics, we might advise you to purchase additional small equipment, which can be beneficial during our course of lessons together.

Here is the price list of our online personal gymnastics training sessions. The sessions are limited, so book in advance. One session is 60 min.
