CHELSEA GYMNASTICS ACADEMY offers personal yoga gymnastics sessions in the comfort of your home or at the Kensington Studio in London. These personal sessions are mixed between yoga and gymnastics poses, and they are run by coach Stefan. He has been studying the benefits of different physical activities for more than 10 years. Firstly at university, and then as an independent researcher in exercise science. Yoga is a union of the mind and the body, and we think that this activity combined with gymnastics skills will be one of the most popular and beneficial modes of exercise in the future.
